Hi, haven't been checking this in a monthssss and now realise there is a new interface. Looks sexy and I am sure sounds great and the expansion options are great.

If I buy this for my PC that doesn't have thunderbolt, dante or ProTools HD, is USB the intended plan of  connectivity?  And can USB handle the bandwidth required for a full system?

Are they plans to make some pci-e interface connectivity for this?

thanks

So, USB would allow a system up to 16 channels, and 8 channels at 176.4/192k. You cannot go above 16 channels with USB.
there will be an AES digital option for the Aurora(n) shipping this quarter. With that, you could also connect the Aurora(n) to the computer via our AES16e PCIe card.

My bias - get a PC with a motherboard that supports thunderbolt 3 and get the simple adapter from 2-3. It is amazing.  I still can't figure out why it works so well.
