Hi 
Happy to join this forum.
i was having a problem with a firmware update to  my Aurora 8 converter.
I decided to do a hard reset .
However when i turned the power from the wall on and held down the sample key all the lights on the front panel came on and stayed on!
None of the front knobs work if i turn the power on from the wall.
This is very frustrating as i have had this converter for 10 years without a hitch.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
