Hi. I'm enjoying my new Hilo, and I was very excited to update my firmware and try the new Remote software. However, my primary use of the Hilo is via ADAT. As far as I can tell, in order to use the Remote software, I need to have the Hilo connected via USB to my computer. However, if it's connected via USB then I can no longer sync the Hilo with ADAT (or any source other than USB) even if I'm never sending any audio to the Hilo via USB. I know it's technically possible to control the unit via USB without forcing the unit to sync to USB for audio (e.g. my Antelope Orion32 does this just fine). I really never want to send audio to my Hilo via USB so I'd prefer to just disable that completely but, at the same time, I would really like to use the Remote software so I want to keep the Hilo connected to the PC via USB. So my question is, when are you folks at Lynx going to fix the firmware so that the Hilo can be controlled from the PC without having to sync to the PC? Thanks.
