I am having a similar propel but with the Hilo. It started as soon as I updated the Firmware to 6.1b.

I am getting Kernel Panic restart messages.

The Kernel Panic Log file is attached and references the Lynx Studio.

I find that as long as the HILO is off when I start my computer all is well. If the Hilo is on, and I then start the computer I get the Kernel Panic.

A pain in the rear to say the least. :)

I am using a new iMac running the latest up to date OSX 10.9.3.

Here is the Kernel Panic Log,

This is from Apple:

"The backtrace tells you what is at fault when the machine can find it before locking up. I believe Lynx Studio may be causing this panic while using audio in or out of the Mac. It has installing 3rd party kernel extensions into the machine that don't appear to be working with the latest version of OS X."

The latest OS X is 10.9.4. I have tested extensively with 10.9.4 and cannot find any trouble. We have a new version of Hilo Remote coming out very shortly, so you might want to wait for that.
