I have a lynx one db25 analog/digital cable, and from the pinouts depicted in the lynx one and e22 user manuals, it appears that the lynx one cable could be used for the analog inputs/outputs on the e22. Is that correct? Thanks.

Yes, for the analog signals (as you said). For digital I/O, there is a separate cable needed for E22.
